Room was fine. Was clean and well maintained. Bathroom tiny and a bit tired. Needs some redecoration and tlc. Shower was very good. Room above very noisy and was woken a few times in the night. Then to top it off there was a delivery of hotel linen in the car park at 05:40am with a tail lift wagon and linen units on wheels which woke me again, even with the window closed. If you do open the window there is road noise from the main road outside. WiFi was poor but got the premium WiFi which was great. Had such a poor nights sleep so wouldn’t stay here again I’m afraid.

We stayed, 3-5 May celebrating a friends 60th birthday. The reception staff were brilliant, warm and welcoming especially Anne. There were flowers and Prosecco in my friend Jane’s room on arrival together with bunting and a lovely birthday card. Reception in the morning for breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. When we checked out on 5th another staff member checked how our celebrations went. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in a comfortable room with wonderful staff

Staff were lovely in the hotel as well as the beefeater. Disabled travellers bed was like you were sleeping on the floor it was too low no bed raises as we normally have difficulty getting out of bed even with my bed rail the same happened on 3rd of may at Wrexham so unfortunately unless I’m desperate will not be back plus the bar closed at 9 pm Monday so couldn’t get a drink

Lovely peaceful room, comfy mattress and pillows, great restaurant next door and Jill on the reception was very welcoming, helpful and professional. One of the nicest Premier Inns I have stayed at.

Great service at inn always very helpful and the rooms excellent. The breakfast at the Beefeater was excellent from very friendly and efficient staff, Lise and Wendy. The choice and options available could not be faulted. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Jade and Chris on reception went above and beyond! Thankyou. Made our stay so much easier and sorted our request so quickly. Room as expected, bed lovely. We need to buy one of these! Great to have a bath as standard in the bathroom. Ample free parking.

Pleasant little Premier Inn, in a great area with helpful staff. The service is very personal and homespun, not at all like a large chain. The area itself is really pleasant and the restaurant next door is perfect for breakfast. This is my second stay at this branch and I’d happily stay again.

OK so 1 bad bit not the hotel but the beefeater. We Had a meal around 8pm nice meal too but then 1 guy starts hovering around us .then the young waitress says did we want dessert 🍨 yes of course and coffee please. No coffee they turned it off And while eating the pudding we were told they close in 5 minutes it wasn't even 9pm . Second bad bit not hotels fault bit if you want public transport good luck with that . The hotel was however was really nice and staff are really nice room was clean so no problems
