Very nice staff. The staff really knew the area well and made good suggestions and directions of where to go. Bed was wonderful. Room was good as well.

This is a family and pet fruendly excellent hotel. Well lit parking lot with plenty of spaces, trailers and rv's as well. Security cameras are visible, exterior doors lock to get inro the hotel. Plenty of lighting in the halls and stairwells. The hotel staff is friendly, professional and there to maks you stay enjoyable. Rooms are well kept, linens are clean and beds/pillows comfortable. The free breakfast is hot and offers a variety of items to satisfy the hunger. There is 24hr free coffee and tea. The indoor swimming pool is well kept, warm and family friendly. Excellent place to stay and well worth the visit to the Dells.

The bed was very comfortable Room was clean check in was fast and easy was veary easy to get to off the hwy . The contnetal breakfast was good plenty of thing's to choose from cold cereal, eggs, sausage The parking lot was well lit. The only thing that has changed in the last years is that they have started to charge hotel service fee's now and resort tax when they are not a resort as they are a choice hotel !

Besides other hotel guests running around in their room directly above my room, while sounding like a herd of elephants in the middle of night about 130am, then the very next morning people had a short-lived heated argument loud enough to wake me up from a sound sleep (even though I wore ear plugs) ....I experienced the owner Sunny, along with every staff member at the front desk be extremely kind to me and numerous other hotel guests. I highly suggest this hotel, simply by their genuine kindness & compassion with others. The past few years, Ive traveled so often that I unintentionally became a Choice Diamond Member. With that said, I have many hotel experiences. This Choice hotel- Quality Inn currently has staff working w high integrity along w Excellent Customer Service Skills. I will definitely book w this Quality Inn when I need to make a pitstop in Dells again. Thank you & many blessings to all of you.

Was not happy we traveled 4&a half hours to stay here and we requested a room with a whirlpool tub and did not get it so was not happy at all. The man at the front desk would not change it because he said all the rooms with the whirlpool tubs were already taken. But went to dinner at a place called Hot Rocks they are awesome.
