I wish the pool was open until 11:00 pm. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Very close to check out time 2/25/24, could not get keys to open the room The house keeping staff on the 4th floor was very helpful!

When we got there no one was at the service desk. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for the lady. There was another lady and delivery driver that had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Then got charged a $50 fee when it was not stated on the site that there was one. Next our keys did not work. Then later the front desk lady was flirting with a guest about giving him a discount next time he booked if he called when she was working. another time she was picking her nose. My son also found a used band aid in the pool along with leaves (indoor pool). Breakfast was lack luster and they did not have made to order breakfasts like stated. Only redeeming factor the front desk lady in the morning was amazing and very helpful. She was the only good thing about this hotel.

No one was there to check us in waited 10 minutes. Our room TV only had 5 channels shower handle was broken and fan didn't work. Whirlpool jets didn't work and water was barely warm. I will not be staying there again front desk was tild not accommodating at all
