Our stay exceeded all of our expectations, starting with the extremely friendly, very helpful staff at reception, in the service, even in the neighboring spa and sauna area.
The facilities were in order, everything was very clean and well maintained.
We had a great time and are already looking forward to our next time.
This resort hotel is definitely worth recommending.

Ein toller Familienurlaub! Mit vielen Serviceleistungen für Familien. Die service Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich . Wismar ist eine kleine süße Stadt! Aktivitäten gibt es trotzdem zu genüge. Wer darauf keine Lust hat bleibt im Hotel und geht in das schöne Wonnemar!

Good place, but too pricey for what you actually get! Positive: The breakfast was good/fresh and staff was friendly! The pools inside was good for children and if you wanna take a swim there are for adults/swimmers aswell. Negative: The "water park" is not so big, and pictures on website is little bit misleading. Water slides for children in the outer area pool was closed/under construction which was a letdown. No mini bar/fridge in the hotel room. Car parking was extra 9 euros per day at the area (this should be included)

Super friendly staff, very good breakfast. The rooms are clean and modern. Eating in the restaurant in the evening is also a nice experience, the food is really great! For an extra €10 you can use the outdoor pool and sauna, a very good deal!

Great hotel, highly recommended. Everything was perfect from the reservation to the check-out. Staff in all departments were very friendly and competent. Rooms were functionally furnished and very clean, no signs of wear and tear. The food on offer at breakfast and in the evening buffet was great. Guests can feel very comfortable here.

To try out the GYM for a month, you have to pay an extra €10 on top of the normal membership fee of €59/€69/€79 because you only sign up for a month. Puls costs €10 for a card and €20 for admission. €20 for employees who smell of smoke. I was really interested in an annual membership and wanted to try it out for a month first. Very high barrier to entry!

Rooms are nice at first glance. On closer inspection, especially in the bathroom, it becomes apparent that hygiene and cleanliness are not among the hotel's strengths. A calcified faucet and, what is absolutely unacceptable, black mold in the shower - and there's a lot of it. The shower screen hadn't seen a cleaning cloth for a while. This was complained about at reception shortly after arrival. The employee entered the complaint into the system. Nothing was remedied during our stay. At checkout, no one asked whether the complaints had been resolved or whether we were satisfied. Restaurant: We thought the breakfast was good. What is annoying, however, especially when you're on vacation, is that you have to book a fixed time slot for breakfast. Absolutely no go, as you have to set an alarm clock for breakfast when you're on vacation. In the evening, the quality of the food was OK - but the service wasn't great. All the employees were very friendly, but seemed pretty overwhelmed. Swimming pool: Pretty nice at first glance. But: water temperature low. We don't know if this was due to an energy-saving measure - and that's why being in the water wasn't fun. And here too, cleanliness and hygiene, especially in the showers, are an issue.

It was nice to stay with you again, but unfortunately you are really expensive and the service staff in the morning could be a little friendlier, the reception was very friendly and in the evening the bar was OK, just a little over the top. The swimming pool was nice but really cold
