Der Check-in war eine Katastrophe. Der Herr am Anfang war überfordert, das Problem mit einem nicht vorbereiteten Bett für die Kinder zu lösen.

Hotellet ligger fint ved motorvejen og vi fik en fin modtagelse. Værelset var rent og pænt. Middagen lørdag aften var buffet, ikke vores smag og der var ikke andre muligheder

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Dusche funktionierte sehr gut. Die ganze Anlage ist etwas verwirrend, aber letztendlich findet man sein Zimmer.

Wir hatten das Hotel über Reisen Aktuell für die Zeit vom 18.04. bis 21.04.2022 mit Halbpension gebucht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sehr sauber und wir wollten ja auch nicht unsere Zeit nur im Zimmer verbringen. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und ausreichend. Das Frühstücksangebot war lecker und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da mein Mann während unseres Aufenthaltes Geburtstag hatte, war der Tisch zum essen festlich gedeckt. Leider waren die Türen mit dem Türschliesser sehr "stramm" eingestellt. Man musste also aufpassen, dass die Tür nicht" zuknallte" Der einzige Punkt, den wir als "störend" empfunden haben, war, dass ein großer Hund mit im Speisesaal, wenn auch im Raucherbereich, zum Essen anwesend war. Wir haben nichts gegen Hunde, aber im Speiseraum, auch wenn es der Raucherbereich ist, haben Hunde nichts zu suchen.

Hier mal die Tatsachen, die wir schriftlich vorliegen haben: Hotel über Anbieter für den 15.08.2021 - 19.082021 mit Bestätigung Anfang Juli gebucht. 1 Familienzimmer plus, 2 Ew, 1 Kind, Zimmer mit Halbpension Bestätigung schriftlich bekommen, Preis 552,- €. Dann Storno am 26.07.2021 durch Anbieter bekommen, Hotel wäre überbucht. Dann mal versucht, das über anderen Anbieter zu buchen. Gemacht, getan. Gleicher Zeitraum 15.08-19.08.2021 2 Erw, 1 Kind, Bestätigung schriftlich bekommen, aber Preis inkl. Frühstück 912,- € Also 360,- € mehr und schlechtere Leistung, nur Frühstück anstatt Halbpension. Also ist meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel mehr als negativ, ich kann nur abraten, wie andere hier auch und hoffe, niemand anderes fällt darauf rein.
