一開始入住的時候，前台給錯了房卡，進了房間才發現是其他人已經住在那兒了，還好當時房間裏沒人，不然就尷尬了。
後來換了間房，整體還算乾淨衞生。
本以為附近有沃爾瑪，到那兒才發現根本沒有。
不過有一家dollar tree，勉強還可以吧。
前台有免費的曲奇餅和飲料，這點不錯。

We were added last minute to a family trip. Us being a large group, we recieved great service and Breakfast was really good. The whole family enjoyed. The hotel was able to handle family groups as well as single couples. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

The Holiday Inn Woburn charged me a no-show fee on the very night I slept in their hotel. Then charged me again for the following night - but I checked out at 6:30 AM. I have made multiple efforts to have this corrected and the hotel manager does nothing and doesn't even bother to respond to me. I will never stay at this or any Holiday Inn again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
