The room was nice, but we were given a room at the doorstep for a family with children, which caused us to have a bad sleep every night. There were many drunk people talking at the door in the middle of the night. I complained to the hotel front desk, but they had a very bad attitude and did not provide any help. They said they could not help me. ... It was terrible. Not recommended.

I booked for 2 days stay, the 2nd day afternoon when we came back from outside, the room has not been cleaned, also no new towel or cups were provided. I have called the front desk, she said that they only clean room once for every 4 days. We have paid 4 stars hotel price, but only get one star service. Very disappointed.

Overall, it's average. One of the floor tiles in the bathroom is broken and is sticking up. There's blood stains on one of the bath towels, which haven't been cleaned. The sound insulation of the room is so poor that even the neighbor next door woke me up while taking a shower at night.
