The breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over 😰

My fav hotel in Bracknell . Very comfortable and great reception staff. Always nice to stay hear which is why I keep coming back

This is the second time we have stayed at the Coppid hotel but unfortunately, it is the last time for us . Very disappointed with the Keller club. The food , wine and entertainment was very below standard , but according to hotel this is a matter of taste ! I think not

Just returned from a 4 night stay booked through legoland short breaks. So glad we booked this hotel, we loved everything about it. The family room was modern, spacious and clean. Staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Special word of thanks to Mark on reception who was so helpful to us throughout the stay. We had a lovely meal in the lounge bar after the first day in legoland and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning. We spent two days at legoland and then used the hotel as a base to travel in to London and Windsor for some sightseeing and also to take road trips to other areas. All in all, a great trip and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Legoland.

Happy with the stay. Spacious family room and nice swimming pool and gym. Fish tanks on each floor were attractive to my little one.

Stayed here before with my boyfriend and we came back to the area to visit with my parents who had never been before and knew this hotel was nice. Staff were very friendly and rooms clean. My parents were impressed and we all enjoyed our stay. Fish tanks are a great feature.

Lovely hotel, rooms are a perfect size with the family rooms. The pool area could do with updating but the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were good.

Exellent stay . Lovely new renovated rooms . Only issue with the room was the very bad condensation dripping off the windows and frame .
