這次選擇酒店作為跨年真是太明智的選擇了。酒店一入房就為我們送上歡迎甜品和水果，晚上的跨年party也是氣氛熱烈，零點時還能看到狼堡各個角落放的煙花，太有氛圍了。服務員們也是周到細緻，會再次光顧的

Anyone visiting the Autostadt Wolfsburg should definitely consider this hotel. It is very classy and comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel are all of high quality. The SPA area with the pool set into the river is phenomenal.

Right in Volkswagen City, it is one of the best hotels in the area. Whether it is the semi-circular appearance of the hotel or the interior restaurant design, it has a sense of technology.

Das Hotel ist mir bereits bekannt gewesen. Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch gut, allerdings das Bett - ziemlich durchgelegen!! Und dies bei einem Preis von 500,00 Euro pro Nacht. Das Frühstück hat mich dann wieder entschädigt.

Ein enorm anspruchsvolles Hotel. Tolles Zimmer im 4. Stock, sehr wertige Materialien. Eine Wärmepumpe oder Lüftung auf dem Dach war dennoch nachts hörbar. Tolles Frühstück und überwiegend freundliches Personal. Ansprechender Wellness-Bereich, allerdings nur für Erwachsene. Mit unserem 4-jährigen Sohn konnten wir nichts nutzen. Es gibt keinen Innenpool, Sauna darf er nicht, draußen war es windig und zu kalt. Er durfte sich nach 600 km Anreise nicht mal im Ruheraum ausruhen, da Kinder dort nicht erlaubt sind. So blieb uns nichts anders übrig, als aufs Zimmer zu gehen, wo er nach 2 Minuten eingeschlafen ist. Sehr sehr traurig, wenn man von seinem 4-jährigen Kind gefragt wird, ob die einen hier nicht wollen. Andernfalls hätten meine Frau und ich uns mit Saunagängen und Kind aufpassen abwechseln können - war so nicht möglich. Dass Kinder nicht erwünscht sind, wurde uns auch nur mit einem unfreundlichen Kopfschütteln und einem "m-m" mitgeteilt, als ich die Dame ansprechen wollte, verschwand sie hinter dem Tresen und ihre Vorgesetzte erschien an ihrer Stelle. Es war mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, zukünftig werde ich für mich als auch für die Mitarbeiter keine Werksabholung mehr buchen bzw. empfehlen.

Wieder einmal waren wir hochzufrieden mit dem freundlichen Empfang, der Zuweisung eines Tisches für zwei Personen am Fenster sowie dem stets sehr aufmerksamen Nachschenken des Champagners/Weins von erwartbar bester Qualität. Am Brunchbüffet blieb kein Wunsch offen, es wurde stets frisch nachgelegt, sodass unser Gaumen nachhaltig erfreut wurde. Die 2-Mann Jazzcombo trug in angenehmer Weise dazu bei, sich ringsum wohl zu fühlen. Gleiches gilt auch für das Personal, immer bestrebt unseren Wünsche aufmerksam und freundlich nachzukommen. Dass eine derartig überzeugende Restaurantleistung seinen Preis hat, versteht sich von selbst. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass leider nicht alle verfügbaren Plätze gebucht waren. Womöglich zeigt auch hier die Erhöhung der Mehrwertsteuer zu Jahresbeginn 2024 ihre Wirkung. Wir kommen in zeitlichem Abstand gern wieder.
