The hotel looked new and was very clean. We liked that the pool was heated and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

This was a very pleasant experience. From the check in to the check out. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Upon arrival we got a room and the refrigerator was broken and had to move rooms. The next room the entire bed frame was broken and we had to move rooms again. They then upgraded us to a suite and the bathroom light wouldn’t work but we weren’t changing. The buffet breakfast with our group was awful to the point that everybody decided to eat elsewhere. The pool had a light and wires exposed and the staff told us to swim at our own risk. Apparently we had tried to get a hold of the general manager to book a meeting room, and no one told us that that was actually a thing until the last night that we were there. overall, the staff communication was horrible and nobody knew what end was up.
