Courtyard St Paul Woodbury

The first room I had was dirty bathroom had used old soap floor had hair over it and no microwave when I specifically booked one that did then was told they don’t know which rooms have microwaves they are scattered so to come downstairs and warm food up if need be when all the way on the third floor then moved me to the second floor to another room with hair all over the bathroom floor and carpet dirty along with the used looking towels then proceeded to move me to the room across the hall with an broken bar in the shower the shower has no sliding or closing doors so had to ask doe multiple sets of towels because the floor got soaked from every shower taken mind you the floor still had previous people hair on it so I had to clean that and the shower by myself and wipe everything down because it was dusty asf in there the only good thing was the tv cause it had Bluetooth and Netflix and prime and the two black men with dreads was extremely helpful and nice also looked like they was tired like this wasn’t the first complaint I can tell you it won’t be the last they need to improve housekeeping because that was just ridiculous overall I won’t be staying there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else that’s just me experience it for yourself if you want .

I love this place. I now regularly stay there with my baby. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there’s a Starbucks coffee bar! The facility is clean and rooms are nicely furnished. This is my GO TO staycation.

The TV screen was dark blue and hard to watch. The bathroom sink was draining very slowly. No continental breakfast and they charged us over two dollars for coffee. Will not stay here again.

It was a frustrating and irritating stay. Terrible customer service. Poor cleanliness. We will never stay at this hotel again. We were there for a 2-day meeting for our 7 year old daughter. We registered several weeks in advance for the larger suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa. We did this because we have 2 small kids and my son has a medical condition where he must sleep sitting up. The sofa helps him do this where he can sleep while stretching out his legs. We arrived early. Where we were placed was a much smaller room with 2 queen beds. After talking with the staff, we were told they were full up - they did not have the room for which we registered. They told us our only option was to find another hotel for the 2 days we were there for the meeting going on in this hotel. I asked to talk to the General Manager and was told they were not there nor was the Assistant GM - even after several tries to visit with someone in management. I contacted ******* who tried to help us and even they were not able to contact management to help us. We ended up staying there out of convenience and because we could not locate another close-by hotel with a room. About the Hotel: although the hotel looked new, there was definite wear and tear - things like broken tiles and tears in the bedding). The staff was generally cordial but I never saw a smile. The hallway outside our room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was trash in the hallway that sat there for our entire stay.

Nice service and facilities.

Nice clean room. A new employee checked us in & that went pretty well. The odd thing for a 2 night stay is that yesterday no attempt was made at all to touch up the room- yet today, when checkout is noon, we had housekeeping knocking and knocking and knocking on our door by 8:30am. That was a little frustrating.

Walk in shower with only 1/2 glass door did not keep water off floor. No washcloths. Terrible toilet paper. Snack options were half empty. No continental breakfast included. The plus is hotel was close to everything.

It was nice. Person who checked us in was so nice to let me check in 2 hours early because it wasn't feeling well. She wasn't very helpful otherwise. We also had an issue with the toilet seat being very loose and told the front desk but they said maintenance left so they couldn't help but would move us to another room. Never heard from them again. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely and bathroom was a great size.

Tv in the room was broken. The shower head was broken. The sink wasn't draining. They double charged me for my stay. Definitely going to a different hotel
