The room was very comfortable and one on of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The Housekeeping team were amazing. Can recommend the breakfast as well. It was superb! A lovely quiet and relaxing hotel.

Excellent hotel plus the staff are friendly and professional , motel style rooms with entrance outwith main building , my room was very comfortable and quiet and very close to the Reception. It’s in a good position only 6 minutes drive to Bramhall town centre . Highly recommend the breakfast which is cooked to order and very reasonably priced. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommended.

We enjoyed a relaxing 2 night stay at the Deanwater, including dinner both nights and breakfasts. There is ample free parking at the rear of the grounds, and direct access to our room from the car park, no need to go through reception once checked in. However this does mean that to get to the main part of the hotel for meals or to the bar, involved walking back across the car park. This was not a problem for us in dry weather, but could be an issue for others or if it was raining as we could not see any internal way through. All the meals we had were very good and all staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet at night as it overlooked the river at the back of the grounds. We had reliable wifi in the room.

Very poor service and I don’t recommend to anybody !! I tried booking a party here and was told a price at the very beginning over the phone and was allow to view the room. After viewing and booking the price had gone up without being mentioned over the phone on the discussion and when I questioned this the hotel went a head and cancelled my event 3 weeks before leaving me with no venue. I was very cross and will certainly never use the Deanwater in future, the lack or organisation and communication between there staff is shocking and nothing but stress was caused.

I organised an evening dinner for 75 guests belonging to our district Inner Wheel members last week which was extremely successful . The events manager and his team went the extra mile to contribute to every thing running smoothly with all requests met and with the friendly services of delicious food It was the second time we had held this annual event at this hotel and on each occasion it was the same same good service

Amazing pints served at the bar. Wonderful staff especially a lady called Sophie, exceptional service couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff member here. Brilliant will defiantly be visiting again……………..

Apart from an easy check in and friendly staff, the rest of our one night stay here was very disappointing, due to the following issues: the room was difficult to find outside in the dark, there was a very unpleasant smell in an outdoor corridor, it took a while to find the room's light switch, there was a musty smell in the room which was also very dingy, there was intermittent noise throughout the night from exterior air con units, and from phones ringing in an upstairs room/corridor. It took weeks and several phone calls and emails to get any response from the manager who advised we should have requested to move rooms in the middle of the night.
