It felt very bare—hallways were dimly lit, the floor was wavy/buckled in places. Very cold/sterile room with the hard floors and empty space. I felt like I was in a bathroom instead of a hotel room. It smelled of **** in the hallways. But clean, convenient to our destination, and inexpensive. Glad to hear that they are getting rid of the paper form at check-in that needed to be initiated in 10 different places.

The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly. I stayed for eight nights without a problem. If you are in the Lansing area I highly recommend this motel.

Actually in the Hotel as I write. From what I understand this used to be a Hampton Inn so the rooms are set up nicely. The beds are super comfortable just like Hampton Inn. The water pressure is excellent and no problems having hot water. The room was very clean upon check-in. Great amenities for an extended stay. The refrigerator and microwave work great. Stovetop works. All faucets work. Excellent showerhead once again reminds me of a Hampton Inn. I don't see any trash or writing as far as the grounds go. Like some of the pictures show. There is also an iron, with an ironing board, and a hair dryer. Bang for the buck this hotel is exceedingly exceptional. The staff here are great! Wonderful attitudes. Very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.

Check in took an extra 10 minutes or so due to the booking method and the fact someone was being trained. Did it matter? Not one bit. For one, they allowed me to check in early, on top of that the lady was beyond nice, as well as the trainee. They made an extremely stressful day quite pleasant. The room was very nice, the beds a little rough on the back, but overalla great experience
