Prior to arrival I received a code for the electronic lock on the door to my room. We arrived after 4:30 and tried to get into the room but had some trouble. We entered the motel office to seek help but there was no one to be found. There were instructions to ring a bell (we did) make a video call through the tablet that was set up, (we did) text (I did) or call., which I did not. I did receive a text back providing assistance. Soon thereafter assistance arrived, and the lock entry code was reprogrammed, and we were able to enter our room. The room is a typical motel style with no frills. There was a good-sized refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave, a table, a bed, a chair, and a desk. The bathroom is very small with no counter space to even put a small toiletry bag. I was really turned off when I found a glue trap behind the tv stand. Glue traps are inhumane. If a rodent is trapped, why would I want to listen to it cry out in distress? Also, it would be an inconvenience to have to call to have it removed if a critter was trapped because I would not be removing it myself. We were there for one night, it served its purpose, and the price was very affordable.
