My refrigerator was not working, but they put my stuff in the hotel refrigerator. Amber is awesome, very helpful and friendly.

The first room we were given had not been serviced. The front desk clerk immediately gave us another room and apologized (she was great).

Stayed at the Shadow Inn on the long drive from Southern California to Seattle. It was the perfect stopover - easy, quick access from I5, smooth check in, newly remodeled room that was simple, tasteful, and done with the customer in mind (e.g. good lighting and charging access.) Ample breakfast with range of options. What really made this a positive experience was the helpful, friendly staff, especially the manager, Amber, who went out of her way to help us with a couple of needs.
