Five Towns Inn - JFK Airport

Lovely place, complimentary breakfast and the free shuttle to and from JFK was quite convenient. Would definitely stay here again when I return to New York

You get what you pay for, it’s a very basic hotel! Didn’t accommodate for 2 adults and one teenager, had to share a double bed with our 13 year old, was told there wasn’t a spare bed when we requested one! Hotel shuttle was great!

The hotel shuttle picked us up in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 8am and we were able to check right in and get our room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel is older, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the proximity to JFK perfect. There is an excellent resturant across the street "Lucky Boy". I'd stay there again.

Very good location and close to JFK airport. Parking lot is free.

Worst service ever

Had an overnight layover at JFK and didn’t want to just sleep in the airport. Searching for something cheaper than what is at the airport and close by that included a free shuttle to/from airport and found this place. Shuttle service: Not sure but runs either on the hour or every 30 mins. Called for pickup after passing customs and retrieving luggage and waited about 20 mins. Took another 25 or so minutes to get to hotel since the shuttle went to multiple terminals to pickup others. Going to the airport we signed up for the 9AM shuttle which left in a timely manner and went straight to our terminal - which took around 15 minutes with traffic. Hotel: Nothing special here. It’s a 2 star hotel. Room size was good and AC was nice and cool. Quality is what I expected for a 2 star hotel. Continental Breakfast is included: choice of 2 juices, 3 cereals, bananas, coffee, tea and 4 or so different breads. If I had a layover at JFK again I would consider staying there again, although for the price I paid I would have expected more
