Flathead Lake Resort

Very eco friendly, clean and great lake access.

This is one of those hidden gems. The room was really nice and comfy and walking distance to the lake, and a short drive to great places to eat right on the lake.

Spent 3 nights in the Vintage Vibes room. Loved the property! It was a bunch of small rooms/cabins as well as RV trailers. Our room was self check in which was super simple. The property itself had community fire pits at the resort as well on the beach which was a bonus. There was firewood availability to buy on site. The best part of the whole stay though was the private beach. It was hot and sunny our whole stay, so we spent almost the whole trip down on the beach. It was big enough to share with the other guests that are staying at the resort. So plenty of room for everyone. The water was so clear and clean that you can see the bottomof the lake. We loved our stay so much that we want to make it a family tradition to come down every summer and stay at this resort. Lots of cute restaurants down the street on the water if you want to go out for dinner and drinks too. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommended for kids to have access to the water and cherries and everything about the north part of the lake. This was a beautiful spot to stay and we will definitely be back. The location was excellent, and the little beach area was really one of the highlights of our quick trip. We spent most of our time that that water with the beautiful rocks. Much more reasonably priced than most of the others in the area. Much nicer than a couple we saw that were in the same price point. The only thing I can say on the negative would be that it would be hard for us to stay longer than a couple days, there was no table to play games or sit at and there is no tv or microwave, which we didn't need for a weekend trip. If we were there longer and had to deal with rain, there isn't much to do inside. So just something to be aware of. For our needs, it was perfect and comfortable and CLEAN which was a huge things for us as well.

We stayed just one night, but would come back in a heartbeat! It was clean charming, with personal decor rather than cookie cutter. Loved it! Very comfortable bed, NO TV (yay), but soe other hi tech features (doorlocks and check in/check out) BEST OF ALL was recycled paper products, wgac toilet paper (google it), bamboo coffee stir sticks and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in cardboard containers! There is hope!

Had an amazing 1 week stay here in Mid August. Brittain & Josh were incredible hosts and are just incredible people. This resort is incredibly personal to them along with the Owners Chris & Jenny. We enjoyed having the Flathead Lake Resort as a basecamp so we could explore Glacier National Park and much more during our stay. Unless someone does not take the time to read about their accommodations, you may show up expecting this to be the Four Seasons or the Ritz, except it's not and that's ok. It's not trying to be anything it's not. I see some reviews about people complaining about ROKU or even having a TV in the room. If you come to one of the most beautiful places on the planet and you are concerned about having a TV and streaming shows with your ROKU, then don't come here. In fact call your therapist so they can get a good laugh when they hear about you wanting to watch TV during your vacation in Montana. Flathead Lake is just incredible and the lake access the resort offers is a huge bonus. We paddle boarded at least 3 times while we here with the resort paddle boards. So, please folks come see what an amazing place Jenny, Chris, Brittain and Josh have created here. Drop everything and Book now!!

Amazing location and beachfront access. The website stated our unit, Big Sky Blue, had a “cozy kitchen for light cooking” and had a photo of a kitchenette. We texted the phone number to verify there would be a mini fridge and the owner said yes. When we arrived, the fridge didn’t work and the unit didn’t have any running water or access to the stove. Which is fine, but it should have been listed on the website. We also never got a welcome email or text about the check in process and had to text multiple times to figure out how to get in, where the bathroom was, etc. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a lot of potential, but we were disappointed. It was our 1 year anniversary and we were hoping for something a little different and wouldn’t have booked this if we knew nothing worked inside.

We went to Bigfork this last weekend for the Spartan Race. I booked my room first then encouraged my friends also running in the race to book at this resort also. We initially chose it for the proximity to the Race. Our room was quite adorable and incredibly clean. And that is the response everyone gave me when I asked them how thier accommodations were. I have already booked another stay with them next month for a girls weekend. I hope the weather will be a bit better to spend time om the private beach as it was a bit cold for us down there this trip. But up at the resort the wind was almost nothing and we were able to enjoy a campfire with all the smores fixings. Great time!! Thank you Josh and Brittian!

We loved being able to walk down to the lake so easily! We also loved being within an east drive to Glacier National Park, Kalispell, and the cherry farms in the area. The people at Tempe resort were super friendly and helpful with any questions. Don’t miss out on downtown Bigfork - so many cute shops and restaurants.
