This hotel was a gold mine as far was we were concerned. We were returning from our holiday trip and it was our last stop before home. We had stayed in Cheyenne on our trip to Montana for the holidays, but the Holiday Inn and Suites down the road was absolutely unacceptable, so we tried this hotel. It was just the complete opposite of our previous stay in Cheyenne. When we arrived our room wasn't ready and the staff was so concerned. They were short staffed because one of their employees had been injured and was unable to work that night. The room was ready shortly and we were thrilled with the room. It was clean, you could control the heat, which we had been unable to do at the Holiday Inn, it was so comfortable, we stayed an extra night before returning home. The breakfast was one of the nicest breakfasts we have ever been offered in a hotel in the United States. We have been served find breakfasts in Russia and Israel, but not in America. First, all the food was fresh and well prepared and presented. If it was to be warm it was warm, if it was cold it was cold. I have an allergy to all things pork and I have NEVER had an option other than pork bacon. Each morning there was a meat alternative to pork bacon. (I didn't have a problem with that in Israel, obviously.) But, we would go back for the breakfast alone. It was just amazing. The staff, each and everyone, were friendly and caring.
