It was a terrible experience. The hotel is mixed with overnight guests and people sort of living there paying monthly rates?
Some person staying in room right next door actually knocked on my door, after midnight! Asking for "a light"!
For what I can only imagine.
Totally freaked me out. I said no through the closed door.
THEN overnight, multiple times and from 4 am on, someone was pacing in the hallway outside my door!!!
It turns out could have been one of these residents with some sort of dimentia?? Or other mental condition.
When I asked the lady why she couldn't separate me or the regular overnight guests from these residents, she said because there's scattered around the building.
Obviously I will never stay there ever again.
The woman behind the desk was actually very sweet. But whatever they're doing from an ownership standpoint and a policy standpoint of mixing overnight, guests with these residents is obviously unacceptable and creep

First room I was given had the door ajar. Like open. The clerk tried telling me that is to show the room is clean. I have been in hotels before and that is not how I have ever seen a room being clean before. I told him that his excuse didn’t make sense and I would like a different room.
He went in the back, yelled at someone and got towels as the room he was giving me now apparently did not have them.

This property had limited vending machines. The vending machines that they did have only took cash. The fitness center was a joke. The fitness center had three pieces of equipment. Two of them didn’t work.

They charged us $25 for a "stained towel" which we don't even know what they could be referring to!

Room had some paint peeling in the bathroom. Over the sink light did not work. Reported light to front desk on check out.

Every towel in the bathroom was badly stained and stale smelling (or maybe they were just folded up dirty). Bed sheet had a cigarette burn on it.
