I made a reservation through Chase Travel for a room with one king bed. My itinerary from Chase shows one king bed. When I went to the hotel I was given a room with two queen beds. I went back to the desk and showed them my itinerary, but they said their reservation showed two queen beds and they couldn’t change it even though they had a king bed available. They said a king room was more expensive than a two queen room. On the Fairfield site it shows one king or two queens at the same rate. I went three blocks away and got a better room at a better price. I had chosen Fairfield because of its proximity to the hospital I had to be at the next morning at 5:30am. I’m done with Marriot hotels!

everything was great but when toilet flushed or running water in sink, it smelled like sewer. Don't know if smell came from toilet or sink.

I always enjoy staying here, very good location. Only problem was there was no light at the desk. Outlets to charge phone were very loose and trouble charging.

I check in room 301 we could not sleep the motor of the refrigerators outside made loud noise, in the morning I told front desk and they said they would do something about it. I went to front desk second day and they said she was going to check with the manager to see if they could do something almost 10 pm waiting for the call, later young lady came to the door and said phone was not working and the plugs to charge our phones were not working. They move us to a one bed room when I paid for a 2 bed room. Bad experience .
