At the last minute I had to secure another hotel room after 10:00pm with no reservation made prior. The lady at the desk was very nice and told me they had a room with one king bed. We went to the room and found that it had not been cleaned/serviced. We called the desk and she apologized and told us to come back to the desk for another room. This was just good business, but by the time we got back to the desk she had personally checked the new room before she gave it to us. Shortly after we got into the room, she called us to see if we were satisfied with the room. The last two actions were not actually necessary , but were GOOD customer service.
