What it says on the tin! Clean and tidy rooms. You know what to expect with a premier inn. Polite helpful staff. Must admit the water pressure has been dramatically lowered, presumably as a cost cutting exercise, which made for slightly elongated showers to try and get soap and shampoo off... the sink is the same, took forever to fill the kettle 😂 Breakfast superb Sunday, less so Monday, went in towards the end of service, no bread, butter, plates, juices other than some weak watery squash, cutlery etc. But a very good staff lady sorted all we needed. Mostly. I realise it's a budget hotel though but it's just a comment. I'm sure earlier it was super. Lots of litter around the grounds is a shame but then it's too wet to cut the grass and probably the gardeners are also the litter pickers! Does look a bit shoddy though. This is small fry. Rooms were spot on. Best beds anywhere for my back.

A colleague and I stayed overnight for an exhibition we were working at. The Premier Inn at Crewe was very good the reception staff and the waiters and Waitresses at the restaurant were excellent. I really felt like they cared about my stay.

Premier Inn was good, staff friendly and efficient. The Beefeater next door was excellent, staff friendly and efficient, with a good range of food. But the car park was full of litter and needed a really good clean up!

Staff are very efficient. Very clean and tidy entrance. Travelled 2 hours by car from northern England, going to a funeral, so paid extra £10 for privilege of using the room for 30 minutes to get changed. Check in was 3pm and the room was ready at 12.40, we had to leave at 13.00. Room was very nice and clean. Milk, sugar coffee, are now help yourself at front door, great idea.

Good location in the wistaston part of Crewe and close to Leighton hospital. We went due to father being in ITU. Morning reception staff are really snooty and tend to be very dismissive of any issues or questions. Room was good for what we needed to sleep but it looks tired,no removable shower head, toilet blocked and very noisy corridors.. Try Nantwich PI much better

Staff so great room was clean and great value can’t recommend enough. We checked in early and staff so helpful with taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out so smooth no waiting. Staff super friendly.
