Residence Inn Boston Franklin

Hotel and staff seemed nice. Room was spacious. Pillows were flat as a pancake. Thermometer didn’t seem to control temperature and the room was constantly too cold.

I have stayed at this property before and have always had a good experience. The facility is nice and the suites are roomy. One thing that was different this stay versus times I have stayed before is that they wanted to charge me $7 for parking. I wasn't told about this fee before hand and it was not charged to me during my initial booking, it was something charged to me after I checked in. They didn't ask me if I had a car but just charged me for the parking. I, of course, do have a car but have never been charged for it at any suburban hotel. I decided to go ask the front desk about it and, to their credit, they offered to refund it. I asked why they have it and was told that a lot of people riding the commuter rail were parking in their lot and leaving on the train. I found this strange because you are punishing the people who stay in your hotel because people not staying in your hotel are abusing your lot. Charging me $7 isn't going to stop those commuters.

Just went for a wedding. Very comfortable and clean

First time staying at this hotel. Room was very clean. Bathroom was also very clean and no sign of wear. Noticed a couple of stains on the carpeting. Staff member at the desk didn't explain much, like I didn't see the parking permit until we were ready to check out. Also didn't see on the website that there is a $7 parking charge per day! Why? First time we've ever been charged a fee for parking in a suburb! Breakfast was your standard scrambled eggs, bacon and make-your-own waffles. Other than the parking fee surprise, this hotel is worthy of you giving it a try! Convenient to Wrentham Outlets and the Foxboro area.

This was one of our best hotel stays by far. We booked a room for 4 adults and a child. It was two separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a comfortable sitting area and a fully applianced kitchen (full sized fridge, microwave, oven/stove and dishwasher.) The entire place was spotless! We took advantage of breakfast (yum), as well as the pool and the gym. We are hoping to return when it is warmer to use the outdoor grill and fire pit. Justin at the front desk was friendly and accommodating:)

Large, open studio room. Very clean. Looks new. Noisy machinery for heating.

What a great stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the amenities and the breakfast was one of the best spreads we have seen at a hotel!

This was the most disgusting, run-down, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room smelled like dirty feet, so I moved to another one. That room was better, but there were stains and ***** hairs in the bed. The silverware, knives, and plates were caked in dried up food. The bathroom sink was clogged so it’d fill to very quickly. The shower only had one temperature: scalding hot. I cancelled the next night and checked out a day early. The staff was ok, but they didn’t offer any credit or partial compensation Avoid this hotel if you can.
