Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Whilst our room was more of the outdated older part of the hotel, the room was very clean, however no aircon in the room, room was very hot but was supplied with a fan. Bar staff are very nice, and the night team were exceptional, Dan and his night staff went above and beyond for our needs.

We had a great stay here. The staff at this hotel were so lovely and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. The breakfast was lovely and hot and plenty of choice and the rooms were lovely and clean, warm and very spacious. Some people may say it's a little dated but was perfect for our 1 night stay and located right in the centre of all the shops which are a stones throw away. We may never come to Worcester again as we were here for a dance competition but if we do we will definitely come back!

Lovely stay at this hotel with a perfect location. Staff went out their way to make us welcome and to ensure we had a good stay- even started breakfast for us early. Breakfast was lovely. Fresh pastries, full English, cute fruit pots and juices and cereals. Rooms were comfortable clean and windows open which was perfect 😍 Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return soon.

Very good hotel in heart of city with its own car park and friendly, accommodating staff. It was just the one night and we did not use the leisure facilities. Twin rooms were good size, clean, comfortable and quiet. My group were in the area on a cycling trip and so one essential consideration was to find a hotel that could store the bikes. At check in, we were welcomed by a friendly front office team that informed us that there was no designated bike storage area however they had allocated a small secure, ground floor room for the purpose. Brilliant :-). We did not have dinner in the hotel so cant give feedback on the restaurant, but later in the evening we did enjoy a few drinks in the comfy bar area. Breakfast buffet was good, with the expected range of hot and cooked food. As we arrived at peak time there was a short wait for some items to be replenished but it was no big issue and staff promptly responded when advised. Prior to departure we did a 2 hour loop ride around the city and the hotel were very accommodating in allowing us to leave our cars in the car park. There was nothing not to like about our stay here.

We recently attended the Whitehouse Hotel for the second time. This is for our Clubs AGM. This hotel is absolutely perfect for our requirements. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent from all the staff and the manager is a pleasure to work with. Nothing is too much or ever a problem. The breakfast is very good and the meals we had on the Friday and Saturday evenings were excellent and great value. Very hard working friendly helpful staff, who go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Thank you, and see you next year.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous position within Worcester Town Centre. You can walk to all the restaurants and bars and pubs in Worcester from this hotel. On site parking is a bonus too. Staff were very friendly, room was spotless. Highly recommended.

I did not have a good experience, room were clean, but hotel is extremely old, with not good smell - died flowers. Fire alarm rang 4am and still don’t know if there was some issue or it was a false alarm. Wi fi connection very poor. Breakfast simple but enough to a business trip.
