We can not praise them enough. They made our stay comfortable and were amazing with the Grandchildren. We will be back.

Being located in the heart of Worcester city centre I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. It was located well above the busy high street on a friday/Saturday night. There were plenty of places to eat and drink. Parking was in the NCP car park (a little pricy!). A great warm welcome by the staff.

Booked less than 2 hours before arriving, had intended to stay at a campsite during my cycle of LEJOG, forecast of rain and it being a Sunday night, Travelodge seemed best option. I arrived just after 10pm, staff members Michelle, Tom and Charline were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They talked me through all the important details and went out of their way to get me some soya milk so I could have a cuppa before bed.

Caroline was so friendly and helpful she really made our stay. She was cheerful, polite and genuinely wanted to do what she could to make our evening lovely. The room was clean and quiet. The security was reassuring late at night on a weekend.

One of the best Travelodge hotels I've evert stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were a good size and well maintained with lots of hot water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we had a surprisingly good breakfast. It also has a nice location and convenient parking.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are nice, fresh, well maintained and has everything you need . Food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Assistant manager Michelle was helpful and jolly while helping me with my booking. Thank you worcester, I will be back .

When staying at Worcester the room was very nice and clean. Kate in reception was really helpful on guiding us around Worcester. Mix on the bar was really nice and chatty. The food in the hotel was delicious, food was presented really well. Definitely a trip I would do again.
