Wow, what a view. On the river with views up and down the river. They upgraded us into a huge room. Service was great. 50inch tv. We here on a Monday when the restaurant is closed so we went to a v local Greek restaurant 'island' which was v authentic and a fabulous experience. What a super 24 hrs in Worcester.

Outstanding service from moment of arrival through to moment of departure, with wonderful room and great food. It was raining when we arrived, but receptionist immediately helped with baggage from car, looked after my wife and indicated nearest car park. Views from room fabulous across river and towards Cathedral, and decor itself was very comfortable. Good choices for evening meal and for breakfast, with pleasant staff. On departure, bags carried out to car and smiles all round. Not only a great place to stay if in the city, but worth a small detour if travelling up/down M5.

Stayed here for cheltenham festival rooms amazing and unbelievable view of river beside and the evening meal was absaloutely incredible breakfast most mornings was amazing aswell,staff are excellent really attentive to customers we'll definitely be back!

Hidden gem, first class service from arrival to departure. The warm welcome I received while waiting for my husband to park the car was second to none, offered a drink something to eat We were early but they took our luggage so we could go shopping. Fabulous room overlooking the river, sumptuous bedding, huge bathroom all tastefully done. The restaurant looked amazing plenty of variety on the menu, we were meeting friends for dinner but next time we will definitely eat there. The breakfast was a full menu in it's self and good size portions, everything was served with professionalism and a smile. We will definitely be booking here again and eat in the restaurant. A huge Thank you to all the staff.

Have stayed at Browns several times and always enjoy the experience. Car parking in Copenhagen Street car park is easy (Ringo) and a few steps from the hotel. Staff are welcoming and very service orientated. Rooms beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped - bath, robe (but no slippers!) and a good hairdryer. My only criticism would be the lack of a magnified mirror in the bathroom for make-up wearers! Dinner in the restaurant the night before was delicious. All in all, my go-to hotel when I'm in Worcester.
