Great gym, good breakfast, really nice staff, and for the price it’s a great room. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but they gave me late check out (2pm) to accommodate for it, and things happen so I couldn’t really blame the hotel.

Having stayed here at other Courtyard by Mariott's I have to say that this hotel had it good points ie the bar staff and the staff on reception. I just stayed at the Courtyard in Tigard and it was far superior. However the bad points are - the air con - it is so loud - I honestly thought I had a truck in my room. The fridge was also very noisy. You can hear other guests in their bathrooms - and the bathroom ventilation fan was so noisy. There was very little hot water at night - in the morning plenty but not at night. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are the worst ever - I asked for replacement pillows and they were worse than the ones on the bed - lumpy and like cardboard - they rate themselves as 4 star - they need to upgrade the pillows. The breakfast was awful - service was okay - some of the staff were friendly enough but not enough staff available to support the long queues in the morning. The breakfast selection expensive and not very nice - for this I would stay in one of the Hiltons instead - at least you get a decent breakfast and free coffee!. The food in the bistro was okay. The hotel itself was okay - but would I recommend - No. Go stay somewhere else.

Rooms are clean

At $303 per night the extra $15 to park on their property was over the top. My room was nex tto the elevator and the paper thin walls allowed me to hear everyone enter and exit the elevator. I would save the $150 extra per night and stay in Marlboro or Auburn.

This was one of the frienliest and comfortable places we have been at and very convienient for a theater trip
