Good afternoon Leanne, I just wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you for arranging another amazing stay for our board of directors last week. It was fantastic from start to finish. As always, you were wonderful in the lead up to the event and everything you promised was delivered. Thank you so much! Every single member of staff we met during the two days was so pleasant, helpful, professional yet down to earth and just an absolute credit to the hotel. I cannot emphasise enough the difference this made to our experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mentions to Carol who we cannot praise enough for how well she looked after us and her willingness to go the extra mile, and the staff who looked after us on Wednesday evening especially Grace (or Gracie) who was so impressive with the knowledge of the cheese trolley. The rooms were great, and the food was absolutely first class (even better than last time which we didn’t think was even possible). Thank you again Leanne, great job yet again!
