Four Points by Sheraton Destin-Fort Walton Beach

The room was clean, and the courtyard the second level balcony overlooked was nice. Two pools, a hot tub, Cornhole pad, and a pool table were within a minute or two walk. I was disappointed that we were charged $15 for breakfast, and that you have to rent the umbrellas set up outside even though you are a guest. Super close beachfront access was still a plus. Overall, it was a good stay. Staff was definitely super friendly and helpful. Also very conveniently located right in the middle of Okaloosa Island.

I only gave a 4/5 for service bc housekeeping never cleaned our room. I saw some people had door signs but we never had one so maybe that's why. Wasn't a big deal , we just stopped someone and got our own towels and we were ok for the most part. The linens could have been a bit more clean but besides that it was good. The ceiling in the room was peeling and in the bathroom. Overall, still a decent hotel, location was great. We did not use amenities, besides the pool .

What I like about the property is you can walk right outside to the beach ocean view is beautiful however there was no cable the whole time of my stay arriving the front desk they did not even state that they did not have cable also found the next morning a one gallon of water up under the bed an iron did not work as well just soo very dissatisfied.

Beware! Visiting from OK and saw a manager from Tulsa who was fired from Tulsa Motel 6/Sky Hotel. He would kick guests out and take their property. He was fired for embezzlement from Motel 6/Sky and managed at another Motel where an unarmed guest was murdered by the security guard. I guess they don't do background checks on employees. This guy has been sued many times and it's public record on the OK state website.

Parking is VERY limited . Had to walk such a long way because their covered parking only holds several cars . Rooms were okay , nothing fancy but clean and beds were comfortable . Towels smelled absolutely horrible! Didn’t care to try restaurants there or the bar area . For the price we expected more . Did enjoy the closeness to the beach but will spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else next time

I stayed here with my family for spring break. The hotel appeared to be nice and right on beach. The staff was very friendly and I told my wife for the price, I think we made a great choice. However, after night number two, we woke up in the morning and noticed at the end of the bed where my feet were laying all night was a dried blood stain on the sheet. I immediately looked at my feet and legs to see if I was bleeding anywhere and after my wife examined me I discovered that these sheets were never changed. I slept in dirty sheets with someone else’s DNA. I was very upset! I called downstairs and spoke with the manager who offered me that she would change my sheets and we could get a free breakfast for me and the family. I got off the phone with her and spoke with her boss who advised me since I booked through a third party like ******* there wasn’t much they could do for my awful experience. She later said she contacted ******* and can give me a refund for one night, plus free breakfast, and a gift basket that had candy in it. I told my wife we will never stay here again!!!! I appreciate the free night and gift basket, but in my opinion that wasn’t enough for sleeping in blood all night!

It looks like some motel. Its very average.!!

I booked the property the ******* and on the final day of our stay, before check-out, the front desk called to say that I had a balance and should not have been allowed to check in. I assured the clerk I would call ******* to get the corrected information for the virtual card that was used to book the stay. Immediately after our talk, the front desk rep attempted to charge my card without permission. Aside from her inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior, the stay overall was great. The rooms were clean. They brought up additional towels upon request. The facility was very clean and comfortable. It's close to several restaurants, and the hotel that's on site was wonderful with very friendly staff.
