There was nothing stating it was $10 a night extra for parking. Front desk workers were very nice and professional.
When we got into our room, it was 91 degrees because their HVAC system is so old it’s either heat or cool. They said if we needed, they would provide us with a fan.

Are stay was for the weekend for my wife's birthday. We stayed on the harbor side and the view of the harbor was beautiful. We were there off season so it was quiet but still we had most of the hotel amenities available to us. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. We were a little disappointed that there was no balcony to sit on but there is a patio door that can be opened to let the fresh air in. Overall it was a Great weekend in a nice location in Wrightsville Beach. Looking forward to going back.

First time guest. Was very impressed with the decor and upgrades. Parking was a little challenging. I imagine it would be worse during the summer. Room and public areas were very clean. Had an odd window with a blind between the bathroom and the sleeping area. Short walk to the beach. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Appreciate that the property is a Marsh Rabbit habitat! ❤️

It’s like stepping in 1950s, some remodel had done but those non working heaters, bath tubs need to changed.

Good stay. The building is older but they have updated it the best you can for not starting over. The price is correct for an older building. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The view from the balcony was really nice. The grassy area with hammocks and seating is a nice touch and then there is the ocean behind it.
The only problem i did notice was a sewer smell in the bathroom at times but overall I would recommend and will be going back. Friendly, helpful staff is a big plus.
