We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great location. Very comfortable room. Staff are young, friendly, relaxed and competent. Very nice breakfast buffet and we had a good evening meal there on one night too. We thoroughly recommend the PURO.

Hotel de 10 en general...no hace falta transporte público porque está cerca de todo andando, el desayuno de los mejores que he probado en hotel, muy variado y elaborado, con muchísimas opciones, la amabilidad y la atención recibida impecable, y la limpieza también. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Wroclaw, volveré a Puro Hotel. Lo de café y infusiones a tu disposición a cualquier hora se agradece mucho.

Wygodne łóżka, przemiła obsługa, bardzo czysto, ładny widok na Odrę z pokoju. Bardzo blisko do rynku, jak i na dworzec. Wokół dużo dobrych restauracji. Same śniadania w hotelu z wieloma dodatkowymi opcjami jak tost z awokado czy omlety. Jedyne czego nie da się zmienić to wielkość pokoi, ale za to mają okna na całą ścianę.

Puro is such a great hotel. The rooms have enough space for what you'd usually need, there's an option to swap your pillow for a harder one if the soft one is too soft, there's free WiFi as well... I'm most impressed by the food though - this was by far the best breakfast bar I've seen in a hotel and they also had a coffee machine available to guests 24/7 so you could grab a drink (and a fruit snack) any time you needed it. The hotel is in a very good location - it's on the edge of Wrocław's old town, so it's far enough from the noisiest streets, but close enough for a walk. The staff at Puro were always super courteous and very helpful, I was really impressed by their attitude towards all the guests - huge thank you for all your help and patience if any of the staff are reading this!

Byliśmy 22-26, wszystko było wspaniale. Wspaniała obsługa na restauracji/barze oraz na recepcji spełniające nasze prośby w trybie natychmiastowym hah. Pan Kamil oraz Pan Daniel wszystkiego dopilnowali a zaręczyny wrocławskie się udały :). Dziękuję za spędzony czas z moją druga połówka.

Excellent stay! Our first time visiting Poland and would recommend the country, Wroclaw, and Puro to anyone. Victoria and Eric on reception were so helpful will giving advice and suggestions on places to go and things to do! 10/10. Room was fab too.
