I tried to open the door with the card given to me at the hotel reception desk and go in, but I was surprised to see someone's belongings, so I went back to the desk. The desk told me to wait, saying that they had to call the housekeeper to check. It was around 6pm at that time, but I couldn't wait any longer, so I had dinner and came back at 7:30pm. I received a room, but it was a king-size single bed instead of the twin bed I had originally reserved. There was no hairdryer or heater in the room, and cold air was leaking in through the window. The staff apologized, refunded the parking fee, and that was the end of it. It was a total mess.
