環境不錯，房間舒適，早餐可以點，有菜單。地處中心，交通方便，去市中心，集市都很近，10分鐘左右基本可以到主要的場地景點。就是停車費有點貴

L’albergo in se per se è un buon albergo. Forse troppe stelle. La camera era pulita, la colazione buona ma scarsa con i dolci. Il personale in sala colazioni molto cordiale e professionale. Nota dolente come hanno gestito una mia richiesta. Nello specifico ho chiesto al nostro arrivo una scatola di cioccolatini da far trovare in camera, in quanto era il compleanno di mia moglie e tramite e-mail mi avevano risposto che si poteva fare. Arrivati in camera non c’era nessuna scatola. Lo faccio presente in reception e mi dicono che non sono riusciti a prenderla e che per l’inconveniente mi avrebbero fatto pagare a metà prezzo la colazione, peccato che la colazione era inclusa nel prezzo della camera. Questo per farvi capire che sicuramente non sono all’altezza di un cinque stelle.

I arrived and immediately disliked the vibe, the location of the hotel, and the fact that the hotel was older than I expected (I thought it would be a bit more modern, to be honest). After receiving the key, I had to go through the dining hall to get to my room, which felt off. Upon opening the door, I found that the room was a mess, left over from the previous guest. I was already not keen on the vibe there, so this was the last straw. I went back to the lobby and asked if they could kindly refund some of the fee, even though it was a non-refundable stay. I felt that if the hotel were service/customer-oriented, they might be willing to issue some refund, but they did not. To this day, I have not received anything. Sorry, but I will never set foot here again.

Voyage improvisé à Wrocław pour découvrir cette belle ville plein d'histoire. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation idéale à proximité du centre historique et des monuments à visiter. L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme avec une rénovation réussie. Nous occupons une chambre jardin. La taille de celle-ci est très appréciable. Elle dispose de Toute les commodités attendu d'un niveau cinq étoiles. La literie est confortable et la propreté sans reproche. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Un large choix à la carte complète le buffet de qualité. Nous avons vu mieux, mais également bien pire n'en déplaise à certaines critiques ici. Un gros point fort reste le restaurant. Une cuisine haut de gamme au prix très raisonnable. Ne loupez pas cette expérience lors de votre passage. Seul bémol, l'accueil à notre arrivée n'était absolument pas au niveau. Même si le personnel était courtois, personne s'est proposé de nous accompagner à la chambre, on nous a donné quasiment aucune explication sur l'hotel, ses services ou équipements, ni on nous a donné des indications concernant la ville. Pour un hôtel de cette gamme cela ne va pas. Le check-out était très bien par contre.

Two night stay mid April. Stylish contemporary room , lovely small restaurant. Staff friendly and welcoming. The room was huge with living style area, good size modern bathroom. Reasonable price for drinks in the small bar area. Great location five minute walk into the old town. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again .

Leider den hohen Preis (3-er Zimmer, 255 EUR für 1 Nacht inkl. FR) nicht wert, da entgegen der Bildern lt. Ausschreibung, 08/15 Executive- Zimmer ohne besonderen Charme erhalten. Also keine Backsteinmauer, kein Dachzimmer. Und normale Hotelzimmer gibt es in guter Qualität in anderen Hotels günstiger.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms where spacious and well furnished. The best part was the breakfasts. Really great food every day. Highly recommend and will be using for future business travel.
