Room clean but very small. The window couldn't be opened and the air conditioning filter was most likely clogged because there was an unpleasant smell in the room.
It's okay for an overnight stay.

Great Hotel in a great location. Public transportation like streetcars or busses is just a few steps away. Delicious breakfast buffet with many things to choose from. Extremely friendly and kind employees who didn't hesitate to answer any questions. The swimming pool is a bit small and doesn't have full-time hours for visitors. They provide only limited hours in the morning or late evening only because Hotel is leasing the property from them. Overall, I will give 5 stars because they are renovating the majority of the rooms in order to keep up with customers' demands and trends.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not deliver on many of their promises. Upon arrival, poor English at reception and unclear information. Parking in the garage is no longer possible and the car is simply left unattended outside behind the hotel, for which you pay. The rooms are extremely small, your suitcase barely fits in and there is cupboard space for a maximum of 2 days, so you live out of your suitcase. The swimming pool is only open at unfavorable times because the rest of the day there is commercial baby swimming, the young parents with their babies walk back and forth and park in the hotel parking lot, so often there is no space. The breakfast was fairly simple and the bar was not really fully equipped or staffed. Description does not match reality. Not to be repeated.

Clean, friendly place with courteous &professional staff, good breakfast, extra coffee. One night for a virology funding kickoff meeting in Wroclaw - Reisestelle placed me into the hotel nearest my meeting at university for half the price offered any where else and an absolutely first class experience. Thanks. Happy to come back next time.

Overall a acceptable mid-class hotel with a strong touch from the nineties.
WiFi did not work at all and they obviously did not care much about that issue.
