Nice and spacious apartment close to the main attractions, kind and friendly receptionists. Very recommended

The location was great. I could walk from the apartment to the old town square. The staffs were so nice.

It's very clean and can accommodate four people. The equipment is quite complete, but there is no hairdryer! Bring it yourself! The staff are very nice and you can leave your luggage at the reception!

Accommodation is not expensive, has everything: refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, stove for cooking, good weather.

Die service und die Zimmer waren sauber. Allerdings waren bei einem Zimmer, das ich vorher gebucht habe mangelhaft in der Dusche. Und beide Zimmer ( erste und dritte Floor) waren die Internet Verbindung schlecht, also vermeiden falls ihr für Geschäftsreise buchen wollt.

That place is the worst I ever had a displeasure to deal with. We've made reservation for two apartments but had to cancel one of them few weeks before our trip due to circumstances. First they charged us for both apartments even they said payment on arrival. When contacted for any explanation and refund they've asked for bank details (they charged credit card and refund suppose to go there). The next they they charged us again but this time for one apartment. No word of refund though. At some point they stopped to answer our calls or answer to emails. We had no clue when or if we'll get our money back. They before arrival we received a txt message informing lift will be out of order into days. On arrival appeared lift is already out. Receptionist pretend she has no idea about it even though lift is next to receptio and there is huge sign out of order on it. Now the funniest thing....our apartment was on 6th floor. No apology about the lift. No apology about the over charges. I understand this place was cheap but some customer service would be nice. Obviously they don't care about possible return of their customers. We received our refund eventually after two weeks.

Location is really good - but note that there are limited parking on location. Pros: - The room was spacious and clean. Cons: - Very uncomfortable bed - and the fold-out sofa was even worse. - The staff is very passive and not so friendly. Not even a smile or a simple Hello when we passed the front desk in the mornings and afternoons.

It's a scam - the photos on the Internet do not match the appearance of the apartments. We paid a lot of money for New Year's Eve (they claimed that *********** refused our card and asked us to pay through the PayU system. Google reviews show that we are not the first were who were cheated in this way), but the apartment was so depressing that we left it. When we complained at the front desk, a very young girl behind the desk just cried and said that we weren't the first to complain and that she couldn't do anything because she wasn't anyone in the company. Full drama scene. Otherwise a lot of broken things in the apartment, torn and dirty towels, no toilet paper.
