Stopped in for business, but I would reccomend staying here for pleasure also because of its proximity to old Wroclaw downtown.
Spacious room, very clean, staff was attentive and quick to smile.

Hotel situato in un edificio storico - affascinante e bellissimo - in pieno centro, quindi comodo come punto di partenza per girare la cittò a piedi. Camere sono spaziose, letti comodi (qualche cuscino in più e una coperta più grande sarebbero stati graditi), servizio di pulizia preciso e veloce. Colazioni sono buone (ottima scelta e qualità nel salato - consiglio caldamente di assaggiare le loro uova alla benedict), un pò scarsa la parte dei dolci). Molto bella la piscina ma con uno scomodo accesso alle sdraio, sauna bella calda, un pò meno l'hammam, palestra piccola ma ben attrezzata (e poco frequentata, quindi, per la nostra fortuna, spesso libera). Personale cortese, ottima accoglienza per i pet con una bella cucciona e set di ciottole a disposizione (e la possibilità di portarli anche nell'area ristorante). Avendo una macchina molto grossa abbiamo trovato un comodo ed economico parcheggio sorvegliato 24h di fronte alle nostre camere (in alternativa c'è il parcheggio coperto). Non abbiamo provato il ristorante Acquario, essendo noi più amanti di una cucina "ruspante" e abbondante, ma la location sul terrazzo sicuramente merita almeno un aperitivo. Purtroppo anche la cena nel ristorante al piano terra si è rivelata un pò una delusione, non per la qualità dei piatti (che era ottima), ma per scarsità di scelta nel menu (mancavano le zuppe - piatto tipico della cucina polacca e piatti di verdure in generale)

We were woken up four times during the night by the front desk knocking on the door because we were supposedly having a party, even though the party was one floor above us. I said each time that the noise wasn't coming from us. I couldn't sleep all night because we kept getting woken up.
The hotel is very noisy!
We didn't even get a proper apology.

First trip to Wroclaw so decided to go in style - despite the promising reception area the deluxe room was disappointing. Nothing deluxe about them except the bathroom which was nice. Bed only a queen size and mattress just OK. Perhaps the deluxe rating was due to floor area but this was due to a long /wide corridor from the door to the living space. Didn't like the warehouse vibe of unfinished walls and ceiling. Restaurant and bar seem to be places to be seen rather than have a nice experience - as they front onto the road with large picture windows. More of a 'look at me' experience - so we went out to dine. Friendly staff and good location to easily walk to more interesting venues. We are probably not the target market for this place ...
