It was a nice dormitory in the heart of wroclaw and all near by hotel.

One of the best cost-effective hostel in Wroclaw. Highly recommended 👌

The youth hostel was situated very well. The buidling from the year 1904 with an old lift had much at mosphäre, unfortunately a lot of staff members at he reception could'end speak english and most of them werent helpfull

Tragedy !!! I filed a complaint, stay in May, no answer until today, and I sent 2 e-mails. Reason for complaint: normal sleep is not possible due to which are simply good for the guests. Frame donuts - a frame with narrow rungs spaced to the point of centimeters. There is a soft, foam mattress here. While you sleep through this body, the bi body even has the importance of weight to "stick" into the rack. The result is little sleep and morning pain. The bed should either have a spare, the frame without interruption and the mattress as it is or at the frame table, the mattress should be thicker and have cushioning, e.g. in the form of springs. I would also add that in the middle of the night in the corridor, guests voted by a close person and then loudly speaking in the room. Thin walls carry every sound. There was a fight outside the window. And on top of everything, at 7.20 am the receptionist called on my mobile phone, who wanted to order whether the invoice should be for the company. A sleepless night, and here in the morning you are awakened by the service with a stupid question, when I said at check-in that I wanted an invoice for the company, I left the invoice details to the receptionist. Avoid the ten hostels in a wide arc. I NEVER RECOMMEND !!!!

The interior of the building is horrible, poor lightning in the hallway and in the elevator, when you wlak down the stair it makes a very loud noise, I booked room with two beds, whe i got to the hostel the receptionist said they only have room with two bed and the can’t do anything with it. That room was horrible, it smelled like cigarettes, the beds looked like they were about to break, thr light in the room looked like in hospital, white and very poor. Bathroom stinks not just like cigarettes, the only nice bathroom was in the living room it wasn’t that bad. I paid 140 zł for one night it’s too much. Location was very but that's only one plus. I don’t recommend this hostel at all.

The good: Great location. Modern room. Quite. Microwave. Staff are friendly, but constrained by their inept management's policies about operations. The Bad: Everything else. We booked for a two week stay. When we asked for Toilet paper, they were out - more about that below. We asked for a second set of keys because I was working while my wife was sightseeing. That was not possible. Even when asked to speak with the management, they could not produce a manager. The problem is that they use physical keys to get in and out and a card to use the elevator. If you had the card, at least you can get to outside of your room. If your spouse is out with the key, you're screwed until she gets back. When asked to get clean linens and towels and clean the room, they said that only comes with stays of 14 days, and we are only checked in for 13 days. It says there is a washer - not really, there is a shared tiny washer that takes 3 hours to run. There is no dryer. When you ask about drying clothes they give you a small foldable rack to hang your clothes to dry. No problem on the outside patio...unless it's raining outside, which it was. Asked where to put the garbage, they said leave it outside of the door at the room. Later called us and asked us to dispose of it on another floor, with obsure instructions to find the garbage container. Aside from that, when we wanted fresh towels, they didn't have enough. When we wanted toilet paper, they were out - I'm not joking. There were no pots to boil water to make coffee. The utensils are small and were dirty (bring a spork). This is a large company making B&B (without breakfast) style rooms available, but with not enough staff and no regard for their customer needs or their satisfaction. Don't stay here!
