訂的雙床房、是個拐角、想換房沒有同類型，衹能升級其他房間、但是得補差價，還不能退房、溝通無果衹能升級、補差價後換到親子房、一掀開被子看見了床上都是小蟲子，很小那種、但是都在爬、場面嚇人不行、後來找到前台、前台説給經理彙報、期間態度散漫、打電話期間還讓我直接跟經理溝通、電話那頭語氣也是無語😓、後來又換到一個房間、整個過程都沒客房阿姨服務好、期間客房阿姨一直道歉説前台服務員還小、不該專業點嗎？打造的是高級住宿、服務人員都跟不上、大家帶孩子玩還是選其他地方吧、照片是服務員到的時候拍的、蟲子都爬的分散開了

整個民宿不管是建築還是園藝設計的很好，風格很獨特
設施齊全，比較新。
還有陶藝DIY 和 西點DIY，很有趣，孩子很喜歡
退房時 贈送了一份漫寧伴手禮。很貼心！

很有温度的一家親子民宿，孩子們很開心，酒店飯菜也很好吃，走的時候還送了糕點，到家的時候還送了小蟠桃，服務真的很暖心，景色沒，温度涼爽，晚上還有篝火晚會，很愉快的山裡度假
