前台的工作人員，給人的第一種感覺有點散漫，而且業務不太熟練，對於房間內的設施不清楚，大床房和標準間分不清楚，而且進到房間以後煙灰缸裏的煙頭都放了好久

大旅館沒電梯，行李多的有的受了，沒有停車位需要自己找，前台就跟你欠她錢一樣，這態度相當了得，説話就是**，退房開票説是她一個人值班，怪客人開房的時候不説開票的事，我也是醉了，但是雖然各種不高興還是去給開了，住不住隨你，OK。
