1.作為一家鎮上的酒店，環境雅緻，值得點贊👍2.酒店前台接待人員，服務水平太差。入住當天下大雨，我們全身濕了，她的電腦也卡了，讓我們等她重新啟動兩次電腦，我個人認為可以先讓我們放行李…3.酒店按金，非要等她電腦開了，刷了才放行，太死板…4.酒店茶壺有銹，我們使用自己買了醋清洗，才能使用…5.酒店其他還是比較乾淨👍👍👍7.退房也是一個勁，催14：00必須，緩幾分鐘不能被允許？還是前台接待人員對我們有脾氣？8.請酒店老闆自己考慮如何改善衞生，如何加強員工培訓提高服務質量。

酒店裡麪的早點很好吃，住的環境也還可以，安靜衞生，服務人員也很熱情，住了好幾天，經常和前台拿袋子，服務員也很熱情拿給我。

不是一般的差，非常差的房間，窗户的鎖釦都是壞的，床下有煙頭，衞生間的臭味整晚都非常強烈像死老鼠的臭味。雖然是100元多點一晚，但這種房間根本不是住人的，向窗外看更驚**
