Baiya Smart Hotel (Jianghan Road Metro Pedestrian Street Night Market)

Really great, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. It was super convenient to just ask the front desk if we needed anything. The owner was very nice and even upgraded our room. We had a fun evening watching the projector with friends.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and gave us a free upgrade. However, the area we passed by on the way to our room had some trash cans, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't really affect our stay. The remote control in the room was a bit faulty.

The environment was great. I booked a windowless room, but the front desk was so kind and upgraded me for free! The room was well-equipped and very comfortable.

The hygiene here is comparatively better than other places. The owner is also very accommodating and a nice person.

The hotel facilities are also comprehensive; the air conditioning, hot water, and internet all work perfectly, offering excellent functionality that meets most daily needs. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help resolve any issues promptly. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy transportation nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

Service: The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. Complimentary iced water was also available at the front desk. Environment and Hygiene: The hotel is located a little way inside a residential compound. The entrance to the compound was a bit dirty, but it didn't really affect anything. The hotel rooms themselves were completely different from the external environment – very clean. My room had a large window overlooking the night market, which was very lively in the evenings. Once the stalls closed for the night, it became quite quiet, so it was good for sleeping. Location: It's right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The subway is only about 300-400 meters away, and it's just a 20-minute ride to Hankou Station, which made planning my itinerary very easy.

The owner's service was fantastic! I'm so satisfied! The front desk thoughtfully prepared all sorts of little amenities. For this price, with this level of service, I'd give it 100 points! The road leading to the hotel looked a bit old, but once inside, it was a completely different scene. Very clean, no strange odors! Highly recommend!
