大堂的環境挺氣派，辦理入住效率也很高，房間有大大的落地窗，視野非常不錯！退房的時候還能幫忙寄存行李，十分的方便，還給我拿了礦泉水路上喝，感覺賓服經理的服務太貼心了！

前台服務人員給免費升級了房型，很熱情的會告知酒店的設施，健身房以及洗衣房，房間乾淨明亮，旁邊還有和武漢市博物館，博物館旁邊就是公園，再前面就是江宸天街，吃飯購物都是很便利的，環境很好，乘坐地鐵、去漢口站都很方便。新開的酒店，房間佈局合理，前台人員服務都很熱情，衞生打掃的也乾淨，是一家還不錯的酒店

Excellent location right opposut of Hankou railway station Wuhan.
Access hotel from the station, raikway also Metro via underpath ...
Very near from Wuhan Thienhe airport, 10th stop from airport by Metro Libe #2.
Breakfast is very ok, Superb tasty watermslon 👍
If staff can have better spoken English, it will be tge best of best 🤗

The hotel room A/C was blowing warm air because it utilizes centralized system, unable to adjust it to blow cold air. The only way to cool the room was to open the window but that meant letting in loud outside noise. That said, the hotel staff was helpful by sending a standing fan to my room. Service, location and amenities were very good otherwise.

The service was excellent. They helped us print, gave us late checkout, and a room upgrade. Everyone was so polite, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby and it is a very convenient location by Hankou station. The room was very nice and the lobby is quite grand.
