The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is very close to the airport, making it super convenient for travelers catching early flights – you can just walk right over. The breakfast is generous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback is that you have to go into the airport to eat, although the hotel does have its own restaurant. The mattresses are comfortable, it's quiet, and there's a pool if you fancy a swim.

Arrived late at night and got upgraded to a suite, so thankful, haha! It's right next to Tianhe Airport, within walking distance. The room was soundproofed well, and the mattress was comfortable. All in all, a five-star review!

The room was quite spacious and the overall hygiene was very good. The soundproofing was also decent. The front desk staff were very attentive and patient. As for food, the breakfast was rich and varied. I would consider staying here again if I fly to Wuhan in the future.

Louie and Allie provided excellent service. The hotel is well-equipped and very clean. They were proactive and welcoming. It's also conveniently located very close to the airport, which is a big plus.

The environment is superb. Service: The service is always great every time I come. There's also room service available at night, which is perfect for those catching a flight. Free shuttle bus between Wuhan Tianhe Airport T2-T3 terminals (not applicable for transit passengers): It's quite convenient to transfer to T3, and the shuttle bus starts running very early.

Honestly, this hotel was such a great find! The breakfast was delicious, and it's super close to the airport yet surprisingly quiet. Dahlia and Lily provided such warm and attentive service. Overall, a perfect experience.

There's a free shuttle bus, which was punctual and efficient. From the lobby to the room, every staff member I encountered smiled and greeted me proactively. During my stay, Ms. Allie from guest relations was very attentive, informing me about the hotel's facilities and helping me keep an eye on my flight status. The service was truly outstanding! It's really impressive to maintain such a high standard of service at an airport hotel, which is typically a high-turnover environment.

It was really convenient to stay here for an early morning flight. Even though it's inside the airport, there was hardly any noise from planes taking off or landing. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which my child loved. We'll definitely come back next time.
