Traveling with kids, the front desk thoughtfully provides special children's toothbrushes and slippers – so convenient! Check-in was quick, and we were immediately offered honey water upon arrival. The staff, both young men and women, had excellent service attitudes. The room was clean, with a separate wet and dry area, and smart controls throughout, which was incredibly handy. Highly recommend! The room amenities are very complete, and the location is super convenient for families with children. You can walk to the riverside beach, and there are so many attractions in Hankou, making this hotel perfect for tourism. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have the chance. Highly recommended!

My stay at Atour Hotel Qingdao Lu was absolutely amazing! The ambiance is elegant and stylish, with a warm, woody decor complemented by soft lighting. The Bamboo Dwelling book bar in the lobby is so peaceful and comforting. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, from the welcoming tea upon arrival to the warm bottled water provided at checkout – every detail exuded warmth. The room was spacious and spotless, with soft and skin-friendly bedding; the one-click 'deep sleep' mode was fantastic. Breakfast offered a great mix of Western and Chinese options, including local Qingdao specialties and freshly made noodles that were incredibly flavorful. The 24-hour gym, laundry room, and robot delivery services are all top-notch. It's perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao!

Choosing the right hotel was absolutely crucial for this ***** visit! The Atour Hotel on Qingdao Road, Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, excels in every dimension – location, service, and facilities – delivering an exceptional experience. It's definitely the top choice for accommodation in *****! The service was warm and meticulous. As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the front desk staff's enthusiasm. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they patiently explained sightseeing tips for the surrounding area throughout the process, even offering to help with my luggage. My impression instantly soared. During my stay, whether I had a question or needed something extra, the staff responded promptly and with a friendly attitude. Even the cleaning staff were incredibly diligent, cleaning the room spotlessly, leaving no corner untouched. Their professionalism truly amazed me. The thoughtful details were even more evident: free drinks and coffee in the lobby, and warm congee late at night. You can constantly feel the warmth here. The facilities are comprehensive and high-end, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The hotel's facilities are brand new, completely odor-free, and the smart features enhance convenience – the Xiaodu smart speaker in the room allows voice control of lights, air conditioning, and TV, completely freeing up your hands. The most impressive aspect was the sleep experience. The Atour-exclusive deep sleep mattress, paired with both memory and down pillows, and the breathable, crisp linen bedding, provided precise support for my shoulders and neck, instantly melting away travel fatigue. Even insomniacs can enjoy high-quality sleep here. The bathroom features a dry-wet separation design, a smart toilet, and a constant-temperature shower, offering an excellent user experience. Paired with high-end Australian toiletries, my hair felt smooth and voluminous after washing, comparable to a hotel spa experience. The room also includes a mini-fridge, a separate desk, and a comfortable sofa, all thoughtfully arranged for a super comfortable stay. The public area facilities are also incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour self-service laundry room with a drying function (the attendant even proactively helps with laundry!), a well-equipped gym, and the 'Zhuju' library in the lobby with thousands of books available for free borrowing. Business printing and free coffee are also always available, meeting all travel needs. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for eating, shopping, and exploring. The hotel's location is truly excellent, situated in the core of Qingdao Road, making for a particularly quiet stay.

It's newly opened, and the service is excellent. The location is also excellent. The first-floor restroom is very thoughtful, and they provide sanitary napkins. There's a printer on the first floor. There are only three washing machines on the second floor, so you have to wait in line. However, there's a slight musty smell. The bedding isn't pure white, and it also has a musty smell. I'm not sure what the material is.

Avoid this hotel! I seriously suspect the 5.0 reviews for this hotel are fake. I will never choose Yaduo again. I'm really disappointed. After driving over six hours from Zhangjiajie, I checked into this hotel with great anticipation. I booked two rooms on Ctrip for two nights with my two children and checked in ready to get some rest. As soon as I entered the room, the sound of the air conditioner was comparable to the sound of a flushing sewer. I thought I hadn't adjusted the speed, but after trying for a long time, I couldn't fall asleep. I told the staff, who tossed and turned for a long time and told me that since it wasn't central air conditioning, the sound couldn't be adjusted. They said they would change my room. I followed the staff to see other rooms, but they told me that the same twin room was sold out. They changed me to a so-called parent-child twin room on the second floor. It was just a double room with a sofa bed next to the double bed. My one-year-old daughter was already asleep, so I thought I'd just make do with it. I planned to sleep in the double bed with my two children and my partner on the sofa bed. I reluctantly agreed to the room change, but the staff then told me that the room had just been sold and couldn't be changed. They wanted to show me a room on the sixth floor. I was so exhausted that I didn't have the energy to get angry. It was really a joke. I said I would cancel all the rooms and I would not stay at your place anymore. The staff said that it could be negotiated. Does Yaduo treat guests as soft persimmons? When they agreed to give us the room on the 2nd floor, the hotel staff induced me to cancel the twin room booked on the platform and pay the price of the parent-child room offline, and said that it was a very favorable negotiated price. Since the so-called parent-child room price could not be found on the platform at that time, the hotel said that their headquarters would review it and put it on the platform in a few days. I believed them and paid offline according to the negotiated price they said. As a result, my companion slept on the sofa bed for two nights. After returning home and taking a shower last night, he found that the inside of his thighs were covered with small bags like mite bites. Because he was too tired, he applied medicine himself, took pictures and contacted the hotel this morning. The hotel said that it would reimburse the medical expenses and give compensation. We went to the hospital and the doctor prescribed medicine. The medical records were sent to the hotel. The hotel negotiated to send coupons or a care set, but I did not agree and asked for a check-out fee. The hotel was very adamant. They asked us about our stay when we checked out, and we said we slept well, which meant they didn't have the skin issues we mentioned. Haha, it's hilarious! I hadn't even noticed the bumps on my inner thighs at the time, otherwise I wouldn't be here now to defend my rights. They also said their medical records didn't show they were insect bites. They also said they gave us a discounted rate. Does that mean we should put up with unclean bedding? Since they don't admit it was a hygiene issue at your hotel, why are they compensating me for my registration and medical expenses? Are you trying to gross me out by looking for a bargain? They also said there was a time gap, and I hadn't experienced any skin issues during my stay. Should I go to your hotel for a full-body checkup, or should I just stare at my inner thighs like an ostrich? The room was very dim, and we didn't notice anything when we went out dressed during the day and came back to sleep at night. The hotel is now quibbling over their words. It's very acceptable!

The front desk staff were all very friendly and polite! The room was quiet and comfortable! I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again next time. 🏨 My kids also loved it. The rooms are equipped with smart voice systems, which is very convenient!
