What a Fantastic Stay! After searching for an emergency rebooking, we found the reviews for the Yun Hotel to be promising. This hotel matched luxury with price. Our Queen Deluxe Suite was on a high floor and came with a separate soaking tub. The staff at the Yun went above and beyond with accommodations! From checking in to helping with our very complicated ******* order. They also speak very good English, which helped tremendously with my so so Chinese.
The room also came with a daily breakfast buffet that was superb! Wuhan’s famous hot noodles were made fresh every morning along with fresh eggs, meats, stir fry, fruits, and pastries! We were very satisfied and we will be back for another stay in Wuhan 🫰🏻

This is a fairly new hotel and the Hankou location was optimal for me. A similar hotel in the USA would cost twice as much. My room on the 22nd floor was far above the street and thus insulated from the noisy traffic and construction below. Breakfast was good, including both Chinese and Western items such as bacon. Only western guests seem to eat the latter, but the cooks don't realize such guests prefer crispy bacon rather than undercooked bacon.

My parents weren’t allowed to have access to the breakfast room despite having booked it and paid for it. They were asked to pay for it a 2nd time which doesn’t make sense
It’s the first time I have seen this in a hotel and probably the last. This experience alone deserve a bad rating but the rest wasn’t bad.

I stayed for one night. rooms are neat and clean and provided with all necessary plus luxurious facilities. The people at front door service are quite welcoming and friendly. Peaceful surrounding and environment is always my first choice while selecting hotel, and I spent quite peaceful night in this hotel.
