The hotel service was excellent. On the first floor, they offer snacks, a coffee machine, and chilled drinks. The staff were very thoughtful; when they cleaned my room, they noticed I was on my period and even prepared ginger brown sugar tea bags for me. The hotel's location is also fantastic, close to Xunlimen, so I could order all sorts of delicious food delivered. Highly recommended!

My stay at Shuí Yún Lán Hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, right off a bustling pedestrian street with tons of great food options around, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. What truly impressed me was the service. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even offering welcome drinks upon check-in. The lobby has a lounge area with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. The housekeeping staff were not only meticulous with daily cleaning but also left thoughtful notes. The smart robot delivery service was a fun touch too. All in all, it's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle! All the popular foodie spots are right downstairs. The environment is pleasant, and the service is great too. The lemon black tea provided by the hotel is also delicious. A very enjoyable stay!

The hotel is super close to a Chayan Yuese bubble tea shop, about 150 meters away. I went there several times and even bought snacks to take back. It's also very near the walking street, which makes shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient.
