Extremely satisfied with our stay! The service, ambiance, and location all exceeded our expectations. It's truly wonderful to find a pet-friendly five-star hotel, and the pet cleaning fee was very reasonable too! 👍 Karina provided incredibly attentive service throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again.

Traveling solo, I'd heard Wuhan was a bit of a 'hotel desert,' and unfortunately, that turned out to be true. First off, the front desk attendant was very friendly and upgraded my room, which was great. However, there were some issues with the room's cleanliness – I could definitely smell that damp, musty carpet odor, though it wasn't a major problem. The hotel has no exterior views, which is negligible, but it's *very* close to residential buildings, so I practically kept the curtains closed the entire stay. On the plus side, the butler service was very responsive, and the underground parking was spacious and easy to use. Breakfast was à la carte, and the Eggs Benedict was quite tasty. Overall, it was an unremarkable stay. I hope they can improve their user-friendly amenities, like providing phone stands.

Pretty good, for this price, a six-star hotel is a steal. The breakfast was especially delicious; I'd recommend trying it for 200 yuan. And the swimming pool was also great!

This is for our second night, and I wanted to add a few more details: 1. When the housekeeping staff cleaned our room, they noticed we used the table for drinks on the first night and replenished a box of tissues on the table, which wasn't there originally. 2. The housekeeper helped my girlfriend find her lost hairpin, even though we hadn't mentioned it beforehand. It's clear they clean very thoroughly, and they even folded our messy clothes. The housekeeper really deserves a commendation! 3. The turndown service was also good, and it's a nice touch that the hotel provides steam eye masks. 4. One point I missed in my last review that I'm adding here: I'm really curious why a hotel that opened in December 2019 is still using towels all manufactured in June 2019, with no replacements whatsoever. Personally, I don't think even my own towels would last seven years, let alone those used by rotating guests... There are quite a few things to complain about, but it's still pretty good value for money, and the afternoon tea is very photogenic. However, the hotel seems to put a lot of effort into the public areas, and the guest rooms really need more attention.

The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Parking was also very convenient! We took some beautiful photos, the kids had a blast in the water, and we enjoyed delicious food. We even participated in a pizza-making activity organized by the hotel! This stay was a complete disaster, hitting every single service snag imaginable. I'm just stating the facts here: 1. **Housekeeping Missed:** On June 12th, after checking in, I called guest services in the afternoon before leaving for an errand, requesting a room cleaning. I returned to the hotel around 4 PM, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. I called guest services again, but received no response. It wasn't until I ran into a cleaning lady on my way out for dinner that the room was finally serviced. 2. **Breakfast Service Failure:** On June 13th, I entered the breakfast restaurant at 9:30 AM. A staff member informed me I could order by scanning a QR code. I ordered Wuhan hot dry noodles and pork wontons. After 20 minutes, my order still hadn't arrived. When I asked a server, I was told the order hadn't even been sent to the kitchen, and that staff needed to go communicate it. If they know orders take a long time, why don't they inform customers upfront? While I was waiting, the noodle station was prioritizing guests who ordered in person. What's the point of ordering via QR code then? I left the restaurant before 10 AM, and my wontons still hadn't arrived. I was told it would take another ten minutes or so. 3. **Rude Bell Staff:** On the morning of June 13th, as I was returning to my room via the guest elevator, a male bell staff member was trying to swipe a card for a woman, but it wasn't working after several attempts. He kept holding the elevator doors open. I asked, 'What's going on?' The staff member gave me a very impolite look and retorted, 'Swiping a card, obviously,' as if I should have known what he was doing.

Extremely satisfied with the service! Mandy and Karina were so thoughtful, even helping with printing documents. The hotel room was also excellent, and the location is very convenient for business travel.

After a two-night stay, I still really love the Fairmont hotel. The room design is perfect for photos, with great lighting. The vanity is huge, and the bedding is super comfortable. Karina was very attentive to guest experience. I would definitely prioritize staying at the Fairmont again if I have the chance.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was very satisfied with my three-day, two-night stay. The concierge was very polite, and check-in at the front desk was quick. Chloe even helped us with a room upgrade, and Mandy kept in touch with me via WeChat. Looking forward to coming back again! 😉

The bedding in the room was perfectly firm and incredibly comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was well-thought-out, and all the facilities were comprehensive. Karina's service attitude was excellent; she responded and resolved any requests promptly. We were extremely satisfied!
