大堂超級氣派，硬件還OK吧，該有的都有，床品質量很可以！衞生間一大堆零碎，基本就是每個漂亮的小紙盒裡摳出來一個小物件，欠缺品牌感，離奢華酒店還有挺大距離。
用了黑鑽一城一房的體驗權益，入住發現行政房的備品是歐舒丹，管家説現在套房才配帕爾馬之水，但是也給我們補上了。行政酒廊如圖，墊一口挺好，水果也算豐富。酒店停車免費相當nice

上一次入住還是兩三年前，一是聽説要換牌了，二是武漢確實酒店荒漠，五星都體驗了個遍，三是衹有瑞華房間內配備按摩椅，所以去武漢再次選擇瑞華，但是各種體驗來説足以看到已經走上落寞之路。禮賓部的人員站門口不知道幹嘛的，沒見過主動開車門和開行李，每次回來都是看到站門口聊天。路上碰到的酒店服務人員抬頭看見了也不會微笑打招呼，酒廊辦理入住人員及其不專業。房間有一股黴味，但是配備了空氣凈化器。衞生打掃也不徹底，還有頭髮絲和灰塵。以前行政樓層備品是愛馬仕、芙絲礦泉水、戴森吹風機，聽説現在普通樓層已經換成了怡寶、普通吹風機、雜牌洗護用品，但是現在行政樓層仍然配備戴森吹風機、芙絲礦泉水，衹是洗護用品換成了歐舒丹。某個橙色軟件上宣傳圖放的帕爾馬之水，問管家説現在衹有套房有帕爾馬之水，其餘沒有，管家贈送了一套。早餐也是沒有什麼可以吃的，豆皮鹹，服務人員站一堆扯談，要個吸管都不幫忙拿，衹告訴在哪，讓自己去。八個字，“服務配不上這價格”。服務給四星是給行政酒廊管家的，可惜沒記住名字，出行前兩天打電話進行前調，入住過程中要求基本上都滿足了。

Best value for money i ever experienced. This is such a beautiful hotel. Luxury 5* with Palace standards. Room amenities are best i’ve seen in a while with a massage chair in the room, walk in closet, shower + bathtub and smart room controls.
Breakfast was good but could be improved with more international options.
Can’t recommend this place enough.

這次入住體驗特別舒心！剛到時快速幫我們辦完入住、指引行李存放，住店期間有任何需求都能及時響應，就連離店前也細心提醒我們確認隨身物品，每一步都銜接得順滑又自然，沒有生硬的流程，反而處處透着被認真對待的暖意。酒店其他同事也都很親切，前台辦理時耐心解答疑問、介紹周邊，客房服務響應也很迅速，態度真誠又專業，全程都沒讓人心生顧慮，衹覺得踏實又舒服。

I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that.
When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained.
I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room! Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!
