Convenient location, the hotel's ambiance is fantastic, and the lobby is very grand. The room offers a great view. SKP mall is right across the street, so dining and shopping are a breeze. Liona provided excellent service, being both warm and professional. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel's amenities are indeed luxurious, with comfortable bedding, massage chairs, and bathtubs all readily available. Its location is also very convenient for getting to Chu River and Han Street. However, the breakfast selection is a bit ordinary for a hotel of this caliber, and the executive lounge offerings are just so-so. Furthermore, the butler service seemed a bit chaotic, with different people repeatedly calling to upsell room upgrades and zongzi (rice dumplings). There's a slight discrepancy between the details and its positioning.

The hotel is a bit older, but the decor is still good. The murals in the lobby are spectacular, and the hotel's location is also very convenient. The breakfast was a bit simple, but I don't eat much anyway, so it didn't bother me. The small desserts at the lounge were fantastic and highly recommended.

I stayed for three nights and asked the front desk for a room upgrade. The 'upgrade' just meant a higher floor. The hygiene was up to industry standards, but the biggest issue was the broken bidet in the bathroom. It couldn't be fixed, so they offered to move me to another room. I'm wondering, do they really let guests check into rooms with broken facilities like that without fixing them first?

The hot water took too long to come on, and the breakfast was so mediocre that I just skipped it.

Facilities: The old hotel's facilities are fairly well-maintained, but the TV was problematic; it would freeze after half an hour, and even the engineering staff couldn't fix it. Hygiene: Not good. There were obvious stains on the desk and bed frame that hadn't been cleaned. Environment: Located by Fruit Lake, the scenery is nice, and the surrounding area is quite lively. Service: Doesn't meet 5-star standards. The doormen were busy chatting and didn't proactively open car doors or help with luggage. The lobby staff, however, were good and would ask if I needed my luggage sent to the room. Housekeeping was also good and delivered items promptly. Breakfast was terrible—limited options and poor taste. The executive lounge was even more outrageous; it was the worst I've encountered in any 5-star hotel, with only four hot dishes, bad taste, and no hot soup.

Wanda Reign Wuhan is over ten years old, but it's incredibly well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive and top-notch, and the smart massage chair from a well-known brand is incredibly comfortable and reliable. The lobby's visual art, a Guinness World Record holder, is even more stunning in person than in pictures! Our hotel butler, Ethan Zhang, provided warm and attentive service. We'd love to come back!

Great location, and the butler proactively contacted me to arrange some fruit in advance. The breakfast was plentiful, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a lively area with popular spots like luxury brand stores, crayfish restaurants, lotus root soup, and other trendy eateries. The afternoon tea was also fantastic, and the service was excellent. Plus, the view from the window was beautiful!

Our stay at Wanda Reign Wuhan was absolutely fantastic – a definite five-star experience! The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to East Lake, offering breathtaking lake views from the Executive Lounge in a quiet and comfortable setting. It's located right in the heart of Chu River Han Street, so stepping out means immediate access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's especially ideal for families with children, being very close to the Hubei Provincial Museum and Wuhan University. The short travel time makes outings with kids easy and stress-free. Both subway and taxi access are incredibly convenient. The hardware is standard five-star luxury. The lobby features a grand and stylish New Chinese decor. Our room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great light and views – from our specific room type, we had a direct view of Han Street from a high floor. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well-designed with a separate wet and dry area. The room was clean, odor-free, and had excellent soundproofing. The fitness center and swimming pool were also great, and they even had a sauna and soaking pools. The Executive Lounge experience was also top-notch – quiet, not crowded, and with a great atmosphere. The afternoon tea pastries and drinks were both visually appealing and delicious. While the evening 'happy hour' selection wasn't huge, it included snacks, hot dishes, and beverages, making for a perfect relaxing break. The executive floor benefits offer great value for money. The biggest surprise was the butler service – a huge shout-out to Silvia, our Executive Floor Butler! Her service was professional and incredibly warm. She was meticulous in her communication before and after check-in, greeted us warmly upon arrival, patiently explained the hotel and lounge benefits, and even proactively helped us plan our sightseeing route. Throughout our stay, she was always responsive to our needs and handled everything efficiently. She was polite and courteous, with a perfect balance in her service, paying attention to every detail, which made us feel incredibly comfortable. We truly experienced the attentive and distinguished care of high-end butler service. The central location, luxurious amenities, and fantastic Executive Lounge were all impeccable, and combined with Silvia's personalized warm service, our family stay was simply perfect. We will definitely choose Wanda Reign again on our next visit to Wuhan. I highly recommend families with children book an executive floor room and ask for Butler Silvia – it's a truly five-star experience.

I booked one of the only two family rooms at the Ruihua Hotel. It offered a direct view of "Han Street," and the overall environment was quite good and clean. The hotel itself looked a bit traditional but not overly flashy. It has a gym, swimming pool, and sauna, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys working out. During the May Day holiday, it was quite popular. The breakfast buffet started to have a queue after 9 AM, but I always went a bit earlier and usually found a table. There's also afternoon tea on the 28th floor; I had quite a bit of it on the first day while waiting for my room, haha! The sauna room was a bit small, but there was hardly anyone there, so I had it all to myself. However, it felt like many guests here were from government agencies, with fewer young people and mostly families. Overall, the stay at Ruihua is currently my second favorite hotel experience – very good!

This hotel is really great. The location is excellent, right by the subway exit, and next to the Han Show Theater, making it super convenient to catch a performance. The service is outstanding. The room is spacious, and the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. You get a view of East Lake right from the window. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious too.

Very excellent great hotel. Totally was wowed by decor and room amenities price a bit on high side but well worth every cent. Will return again in future.
