Tianhe Airport Shuttle Service: This was incredibly convenient. The driver was already waiting at the front desk before our scheduled pick-up and even helped us with our luggage. What impressed us further was that even though the service typically covers only one-way transfer, the driver thoughtfully informed us about his regular shuttle times and offered to give us a ride back if there were available seats on his return trip. A huge shout-out to the driver for such thoughtful and warm service! We also received complimentary welcome fruit from the hotel.

This hotel was very close to the Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, which is why I chose it. When I got there in the middle of the night, check-in was super easy and instructions were straightforward. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable and the general decor was very nice. We stayed just for the night because it was too late to travel home, but I'd definitely stay there again. I loved the fact that they offered shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, and at the hotel, they had scheduled shuttle service times and pick up points. My only concern was that there was no porter to help with the suitcases. Maybe I should have asked for help but I had to struggle with them to the rooms and it was difficult pulling them on the carpet. Other than that it was excellent. Buffet breakfast was varied and delicious.
